Orthopedic Surgeon or Neurosurgeon for Cervical Lamenectomy?

I am 44 years old and have Achondroplasia. I need a cervical lamenectomy

(C3-C7 with fusions) soon since I am having serious symptoms/problems at

this time. Is it best to go through a Orthopedic Surgeon or Neurosurgeon for

the surgery--I am in the process of meeting both. I want to make sure

that I get the best care due to this being such a serious surgery. Any advice

would greatly appreciated. Feel free to email me directly if you prefer.
