As I get older, the need for

calories decreases. Because my

physical capabilities decrease,

I just dont move around like before !

So many things unable to do now.

But the appetite is still good !! LOL !

Saw in a health magazine

that the average statured person,

5 Ft. & 7 In. tall, 150 lbs. wt.

requires something like 2500 calories

for normal body functions. Study did

not elaborate activities Mr. or Ms Average

was doing.

So I figure, for me, my calorie intake

should be less that 2500. Now on a diet,

trying to get to 105 lbs. I am 4 ft.6 in.tall.

Dyastrophic variant. Looking in mirror,

still got a pot !! Still do the recommended

excercises by doc. & therapist, and still go

to YMCA for swim.

A major life challenge for Little People !!

Increased weight = increased health problems.

For " tallies " also, but for us it seems

twice as hard. You know what I mean.

Dont know if an " Ideal weight " chart exsists.

For Little People, that is.

Discussed in workshops at Natl.Conferences.

Shed about 6 lbs since holidays.

Feel good & healthy. Cut back on meat !

Part - time Vegan! 3-4 days week.

Reading the labels on food !!

With all the talk of health issues,

insurance, " Obamacare " , and so on,these

matters get discussed more.

There have been several people

in LPA who have made excersise videos.

And host workshops . I been to couple.

What is the latest from out there

in the LPA Internet Universe ?

And I hope You All have a Great Day !

Dave
