Guest guest
I purchased Grandma's Molasses (unsulfured) with 8% iron because my iron level is low. I found out a couple months ago I have a low iron level when I went to donate blood. My mother and aunt also have low iron levels. Last time my aunt wanted to give blood she could not because she was anemic. Now she takes iron tablets, but I prefer to get my iron through diet (liver, spinach, molasses). Does anemia run in families?

Molasses is high in sugar! So no, it isn't okay. Any minerals your body requires are included in this program, if you follow it carefully, including ocean sea salt and water that contains natural minerals, along with food and all of the supplements. Actually there's a lot of minerals in eggs and meats, which many people don't realize since nutritional calculators are extremely incomplete when it comes to those foods. The best, Bee >
