Guest guest
Hi, Welcome to the group. I also recommend Turbo Jam, they are so fun. I just ordered the new Traci Long workout Endurance For Movement. I also have her Better Burn Better Buns and it is a lot of fun. As far as floor cardio, I'm looking for more of that myself. I have mostly step workouts and my knee's don't like it all the time so I've been trying to just do step every other day. Collage.com is a great place to check out different workouts. You can look at workouts for your personal level also preview them. Good luck!
Guest guest
> Looking for: fat burning. would prefer not to start with step. Want > something that will make me sweat and feel like I've worked but still > be able to walk the next day. hiya!! welcome to the group! im so glad that you posted. if you think that you might like kickboxing, check out 'turbo jam' at beachbody.com or look into 'taebo:get ripped' basic and advanced which you can get at mass merchandisers like amazon.com kickboxing has a bit of a learning curve though... make sure that you punch and kick properly to avoid injury. the taebo set might come with an instructional which is worthwhile. for regular floor aerobics, perhaps 'prevention:walk your way slim' might suit you... it shows 3 levels of difficulty, at the same time, so you can mix and match the intensity while doing the workout, or just pick one of the exercisers and follow her only. quite a versatile workout which can be bought at mass merch. if you want some simpler options for floor aerobics, see leslie sansone 4 mile walk, or her brand new 5 mile walk (will be available retail sometime soon) or 'walk & jog' or 'walk & kick'. these are fairly mild and wont completely wear you out. an inexpensive dvd that you can try for floor aerobics is 'caribbean workout aerobics' which has four 20 min (or so) segments... two are low impact... two are a mixture of high/low impact. another really good idea is to go to www.collagevideo.com and browse the 'aerobics' category (or do a search for aerobics). there you can see alot of choices, read descriptions, read reviews and watch a sample video clip of the workouts that interest you. then when you think that you have found some that look good, feel free to ask us if we have done them and what we think of them. you dont have to buy from collagevideo if you dont want to. alot of the workouts they sell can be bought elsewhere at cheaper prices (like at deepdiscountdvd.com) although collagevideo does have excellent customer service and is just so helpful in many ways. just seeing a clip of a workout before you buy it, is priceless. anyway, kathy smith is a very reputable instructor... she certainly has alot of experience in leading workout videos, that is for sure! and she has all kinds of workouts... for floor aerobics, her 'timesaver cardio fatburner' and 'peak fat burning' are OK. :*carolyn. Guest guest
Welcome, K...I'm big on kickboxing stuff myself. As has been pointed out, there is some learning to do if you're going to do this as a cardio exercise, so you might try any of the tae bo stuff that includes an instructional workout. I look forward to hearing how you're doing. > > Hope you'll let me have the benefit of your experience. Guest guest
Thanks. will prob give kickboxing a try. Took Karate for 6 years so hopefully some of that will help. I'm not very flexible but the pilates is going a long way to fixing that. Know any beginner kickboxing videos/dvd that are beginner in sense of kickboxing but more intermediate in the quality of the workout you get? I want something that will make me feel a bit knackered. Tried the tae bo thing a couple of years ago but didn't really get into it. Kel __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Shirley, when the primary tumor cann't be find it is quite often it started in the bile or pancreas. The treatment is regular the same as for coloncancer. If your friend has money she could ask a second opinion in the clinic of dr. Vogl in frut Germany. This is a regular university hospital but he offers local chemo for the liver and lungs and if possible he operates with laserlight (TACE and LITT). If then yoiur friend also uses a good diet and extra supplementation she has a chance to survive many years. Here in the netherlands many many patients with the same kind of cancer are doing quite well with his help. gr. kees webmaster http://www.kanker-actueel.nl (search at TACE or LITT at my website, the are many articles to find there also in English written about TACE and LITT under the dutch translation) > I received this today from a friend and wanted to share it with you for > feedback. Guest guest
Bill, feel free to call me anytime 617-828-9891.. there is a national call tonight at 930 est. that number is 712-432-7575 and the pin code is 133655#.It will provide you with a lot of info. You can buy at wholesale direct anytime through my corporate website at www.removethetoxins.com you can also see the other products, such as superior fiber blend, and the healthy aging formula.. they are all great prevention supplements. I would recommend the essential daily nutrients. If you buy 4 bottles, it will last 32 days, and it has all the herbs, polyphenols, vitamins, and antioxidants that youd need. take 1 ounce per day. I love it. The superior fiber blend will help balance blood sugar, lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. If you go to that website, and sign up for 29.95 ( for the first year), 15.00 each year thereafter, you will have the same price wholesale as I. Its the equivalent of a Sam's Club card, and well worth the price, when it comes to savings. Then anytime, you want to refer someone, you will have your own website, that they can buy from, and youll get even more savings, by passing it on. its a beautiful thing. Guest guest
I would once again like to forward this info, to all of the group, especially during the hot summer months. Be well All. This is how Sheryl Crow got breast cancer (she was on the Ellen show and She said this same exact thing). So please be very careful ladies. Drinking Bottled Water Kept in Car... A friend whose mother recently got diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctor told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car. The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals DIOXINS that can be leached into the water and lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink that water bottle that has been left in a car and pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware of. The heat causes toxins from the plastic to leak into the water more readily and they have found these toxins in breast tissue. This is also a message for men because DIOXINS are carcinagenic to everyone. Use a hard plastic container with a number 7 in the recycle triangle or a glass bottle when you can! A Reminder.... Probably everyone is aware that we should not microwave in plascic or styrofoam...(avoid hot beverages served in these as well.) This is an urgent message about Sheryl Crow which was forwarded to me regarding bottled water left in a car absorbing the toxic elements in the plastic causing cancer....these chemicals from Dioxins are everywhere and virtually impossible to avoid. As a matter of fact, the amount of toxins that we are exposed to on a daily basis is staggering. Google " toxins " and you will find that this is the opinion of many. But I am bringing good news! There is a way to fight back. Dial up this phone number yourself and listen to the 3 minute overview 1-212-461-9061. If you find the information as compelling as I did I would be happy to get more information to you. I have been learning more and more about these toxic substances and realizing that it is alarming how they are so prevalent in our everyday lives. The information I'm sharing with you has literally been life changing for my family and thousand of others who have made the simple decision to be pro-active with their health. This is most definitely a topic that concerns us all....TOXICITY and the illnesses because of it. Learn how to remove MERCURY, LEAD, ARSENIC, CADMIUM, HERBICIDES, PESTICIDES, DIOXINS and MORE...SAFELY, EFFECTIVELY and ECONOMICALLY. Guest guest
zeolite may or may not work (I recently tried it for three months with my cancer cell levels doubling in that time.) Bill you might want to wander aound the internet looking at various vendors for the zeolite as the one I signed up for turned out to have a marketing level practice where they horribly inflate the prices for the produce (6 bottles for $260 wholesale!) while at the same time giving their vendors 'free' trips to Las Vegas for selling at these inflated prices!!! It made me sick thinking they could so abuse peoples need for healing this way, and makes me distrust the integrity of the company. There are cheaper companies on the internet producing equally quality zeolite ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____Ready for the edge of your seat?
