Guest guest
We talk about the varied religions on here, and the respect we should all have for each and every one, but may I add this too? Did we all suddenly forgot this as well;). This list is also not just confined to those living in the USA.... So who's patriotism are 'we' 'all' referring to now? Will anyone answer me that? Since some mentioned they were patriotic on here. Think about that one too, my friends;). luv, grady, a citizen of his own nation and religion:P ------------------------------------------------------ For Bill: You had me for the first half of your reply here, right on the money;). BUTTTTTTT, then you did the kinda the same thing as the poster did, in reverse. You spew why you are for so and so and against this and that. The funny thing is that for the most part agree with you too even there, but shouldn't that part of your reply be off the list as well? ------------------------------------------------------- For everyone: Finally, I know a few can be anti-Muslim, anti-African American and anti-others as well, which is wrong totally.... but sad to say, it seems to me, and I'm not accusing any one of us, it's OK and totally PC to be Anti-Christian today as well:(. And maybe the whole 'anti' this and that, which we all seem to get onto big time on here, including what jobs lps should not have and/or what irks us that aps may say and/or do 'negatively' to us, can we 'be' and 'show' how we are more pro this or that, again not in religion or politics, but pro in 'WHAT you do like about yourself and this world in which you live'? Can we? Or is that what we're also 'anti'? Thus, in the rush in our sudden asking of the moderators who should be moderated or not, I am now asking the moderators to also moderate Bill, haha, for assuming and pushing down our throats on this multi-religious list of ours which is also multi-national mind you;), 'his' specific 'brand' of patriotism down our throats as well. Seriously, what's truly sad to this debacle as well, I feel, is how a few felt the need to rip into her off the list. And that is why, whether you agree with me or not, like me or dislike me, love my aura or hate my total existence, you know how I feel on here. Because I also feel if you can't say it to my face, whatever fear or wrong you may be accusing me of is also in you. And very sadly, right or wrong about her position, we have lost another member. And isn't 'forgiveness'-or giving her at least one 'slide' or 'oops' or whatever 'you' may 'personally' want to call it yourself, a teacher too? And remember, she did apologize, or has it become this now? It's no longer whether she has apologized or not, but how a few on here now want to change her thinking as well? Even though we accused her of trying to nastily manipulate and mold our thoughts with her disturbing post. So, aren't both reactions wrong? Hers and ours? I personally think, a first warning would have been sufficient. That is, if it was her first offense? But, this being the year it is in the USA, mind you and not one for everyone on here, as again we're multi-national, it's been a very heated and divided year for us or for those in the USA. And I'm not saying that is good or bad, it just is. So, perhaps knowing that, we took her post, regardless of whether she did it accidentally or intentionally, we took that much, much more to heart. Remember this always, 'Divided we stand, united we fall,' but isn't our 'union' or 'united-ness' dependent upon giving everyone at least one slide? Or does it immediately mean that they must wear the Scarlet Letter of M, or Moderation... for their first offense. Come on now. Yeah, yeah, Grady, that is fine and dandy with all what you say, but Grady, what say you on her post? Hmmmmm, welllllllll? Yes, I too thought the post was inappropriate, stank, was one sided, and wrong of her to post, as did 'some' others on here as well, but not all because even there we are 'multi-wired' in 'the brain' too as well as our being multi-religious and multi-national on here. Still, I do think we did go overboard in how we, the non-moderators, and remember this-the fellow members with and to her, reacted to her personally, my feelings only. ~grady:) --------------------------------------------------------------- > I agree! That's what great about America! But we shouldn't be made to feel like less of a person for our beliefs.
