Guest guest
I read your story of what happened in the supermarket and I am floored that such a thing had occured. I work in a supermarket and personally if I saw anyone, an LP or not, being harrassed, stalked, injured, bullied ect.... The first thing I would do is report immediately to my Store director given the incident is occuring inside their premises and they have a duty to protect the welfare and safety of all their customers and employees. If the police are notified and arrive I would not hesitate to give a detailed report as to my experience I witnessed. If it is a situation where its safe to approach the victim I would do so to assist. This 70 something guy should have been detained by the store and charged with Harrassment, stalking, slander with inflamatory remarks, and destruction or damage of store merchandise. 2 of these items are a felony in most cases and 2 are misdemeanors. I also feel the suspect should also if arrested be evaluated by a phychiatric department for any signs of mental illness, however even with mental illness does not excuse or pardon one from such adversed horrifying treatment and irregardless of age should receive the maximum sentence within the law. I believe all people as a rule are all good but some bad apples do spoil the barrell. I think its ashame and sad anyone should every have to go through such a harrowing ordeal. My heart goes out to you and hope you will soon overcome your shock of your experience. Fancie
