I wouldn't mess around with any of them. None of them are healthy for

you in the long run. If you want to loose weight then change your diet

to a more natural raw one and stick to it. Do not cook your food. Do not

eat any junk food. Do not eat any preprocessed and prepackaged food. Cut

out your dairy and cut waaaaaaaaaaayyy down on the meat or cut it out

altogether. No coffee, teas or sodas. Just raw green leafy vegetables,

sprouted grains, seeds and nuts and fresh fruit. You will lose the

weight just as quickly this way but you will feel much better and have

less problems. Not only that but you won't be paying someone a bunch of

money for something you can do yourself and better.

That's my suggestion.
