None of them are healthy for you in the long run. If you want to loose weight then change your diet to a more natural raw one and stick to it. Do not cook your food. Do not eat any junk food. Do not eat any preprocessed and prepackaged food. Cut out your dairy and cut waaaaaaaaaaayyy down on the meat or cut it out altogether. No coffee, teas or sodas. Just raw green leafy vegetables, sprouted grains, seeds and nuts and fresh fruit. You will lose the weight just as quickly this way but you will feel much better and have less problems. Not only that but you won't be paying someone a bunch of money for something you can do yourself and better. That's my suggestion. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
