NEW-WHEY liquid protein. manufactured by IDS

I just tried some new liquid protein that is actuallly quite good. it comes in a tube, 2.9 ounces 25 grams , 0 carbs, 0 fat, 100 calories AND its tasty!!!

I put it in a big glass of water with lots of ice and its like fruit punch. There is a rasberry flavor too, that i put in a big glass of ice tea. It's very easy to drink and i'm pretty picky and have a hard time finding enough protein. I got them at SMOOTHIE KING, he special ordered them for me, knowing i'm struggling to get in enough protein grams each day. They have proven so popular that he now stocks them. $2.30 each

This is the stuff I drink when I travel or in the evening...I add it to what ever I am drinking.
