Footbath for Allergies

Essential oils are easily absorbed through the feet therefore an

aromatic footbath can be effective for allergy related symptoms. Try

this blend for allergy relief symptoms.

1 drop Geranium

1 drop Rose

3 drops Lavender

Combine oils with 2 Tablespoons Sea Salts. Add to a basin of tepid

water. Soak feet for 15 minutes.

Use as a preventive during seasonal changes when you expect allergy

symptoms.

Hi again ;-)

I personally don't have allergies but I do use EO's on a daily basis

for other things. Applying to the feet is an awesome way to get the

medicinal benefits of the oils without worrying about sensitivity and

all that... works great too.

You can also put a few drops of oil in your belly button and it will be

thoughout the body very quickly. Try that with some fresh garlic oil -

you'll taste it in less than a minute!

Peace,

Mouse
