Guest guest
, I found some liquid vitamins and minerals at Costco that really aren't to bad. I usually hate the taste of them but these are actually good. I got chewable zinc at GNC which you need to be taking to help with hair loss. I also found chewable calcium and powdered vitamin C at GNC. Mixing any crushed or broken pills that you need to take in a small amount of applesause really helps to camouflage the horrible taste of crushed pills. Hope this helps. I am finding it hard to get anything done because I spend so much time on this and the Obesity Help message boards. Thanks to all of you who are so supportive, caring and willing to share your lives! My question about vitamins...will I need to start taking chewable multi-vitamins immediately after I return from surgery? I looked at the grocery store and only saw 1 brand,I believe it was Centrum. Does anyone have a suggestion for a certain brand? I am really concerned that I do everything exactly right! My hair is somewhat thin, especially in the front, and I want to make sure what I do have STAYS on my head! Is that helped by getting plenty of protein? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have. Hope everyone is having a great day!!! M. Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
