Hi there

Hope you're feeling a little better today.

The vertigo WILL improve but it will take time. My surgeon said to keep challenging your balance mechanism as it's the only way to 'learn' your equilibrium again. There are some excellent anti-nausea drugs that you could ask your doctor for - they're great but beware because they can make you very tired.

So - get some anti-nausea tabs and walk, walk, walk - as long as you make sure you're safe (even if it means a walking frame or stick until you feel secure).

Cheers

Sharyn
