Guest guest
Wow ! That is impressive. I guess I better get out my tape measure too. I was just thinking on my walk this morning about something similar. Just imagine that you are no longer carrying around a 100lb. sack of flour plus a 10lb. sack of sugar and 2 1lb. packages of butter!!!! No wonder we feel so much better when the weight comes off! My walk goes over two ridges which means I have 4 really steep hills to walk up. And of course back down too. I remember last fall when I really dreaded those hills but now I can breeze right up them although it really does make my heart beat more so it is a good cardiovascular workout. It is soooo beautiful in the mountains right now with all the wildflowers in bloom I just love to go on my walks! I'm rooting for you to make it to your goal! Guest guest
Hi , I have to say that I can see where I am going to have excess skin like , when you are super obese you have alot of stretching and it's just one of the sad facts that there will be excess skin, how much ....its different from person to person. I know I am starting to see the " bat wings " under my arms, now I am working out like a crazy woman at the gym, focusing on the arms and legs...the tummy part well that will be Plastic Surgery cause I know the apron will leave a little hang once I've lost the weight. One key thing is to HYDRATE as much as possible...H2O!!! That helps the skin keep it's elasticity, but in the end you may have to consider PS. Right now focus on the surgery, prepare for that and prepare for a new lifestyle change, worrying about excess skin will come a year or two afterwards, just do your best to hydrate, exercise and keep a balance diet. Good Luck on your upcoming surgery!!! Kelli > > > > Hi group, I have some exciting news to post.
