Hi,

I got on my candida diet in February and was tormented with bread and sugar

cravings for a full six months, then all of a sudden I realized I didn´t

crave sweets anymore, but still bread, then that went away, too. Of course,

if someone gave me a whole sourdough round and guaranteed me it wouldn´t

make me sick, I´d eat the whole thing, but I don´t have cravings anymore.

And yes, I agree about savoring the fake chocolate. Now I don´t scarf it

down, I can just enjoy it.

Take care,

Holly

I don't know if this will help, but I make cocoa. I buy Frys or Hersheys in

a can, just pure cocoa with nothing added. I mix one teaspoonful with a

little water, then top up my mug with milk (stirring all the while) and

microwave it (I know, I'd rather not MW, but am too lazy to warm it in a

saucepan). Anyway, I have learned to enjoy it without adding any sugar and

it's yummy on a cool day :-)
