Guest guest
Hi Dave, Â With the Americans with Disability Act behind us, you should not have a problem bringing any needed walking aides with you. Not that you should have to but you could bring a note from your doctor saying it's neccesary just to ease your mind. In the process of making travel arrangements for LA Conference this July, I have a question. The travel safety measures taken by common - carrier airlines, railways, etc. I heard many people speak of their experiences with the restrictions of what items may be carried on flight. I use a cane, black wooden shaft, with detachable metal handle. Is this allowed ? Or will the authorities tell me: " Oh-No ! it can be used as a weapon ! " The same scenario, with crutches. What are " frequent flyers " experiences ? I have not been on an airline flight for awhile. Best Regards! See Ya in LA ! - Dave
