Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with neck arthritis or neck issues?

For the past week my neck has been sore a little on and off, the pain spreads to

the back of my head and different parts of my head will hurt.  It only lasts for

a few minutes, then comes back in different spots.  The back of my head or by

the temples, the forehead, by the eyes, or the ears. It's never in the same

spot.  It's not excrutiating by anymeans, just annoying.  I thought maybe

allergies as I always have sinus issues but I took allergy meds and it hasn't

helped, I've also taken a few advil and no such luck either.  Unless it is

allergies I never get headaches. I haven't had any other symptoms like numb,

weak, or tingling arms or legs...If you remove my head from my body, I'm fine

lol.   I have the flattest pillow ever, which, has always been great for my

neck, my only alternative is no pillow.  I have never dealt with this before.

Due to having Pseudo I do have arthritis and I know my neck makes grinding

noises sometimes.  I am praying it is not that.  I'm already having my other hip

replaced in December then my goal is to get healed up and get back to my life, I

don't have the stamina for surgeries anymore after December for awhile...

Has anyone ever dealt with this?  Are there NON-surgical remedies?  Please note,

because I am pseudo, I was told chiropractor is not an option.
