Take peppermint oil and add some to water in a spritzer bottle... It will cool you down.. Did this to DH when he got overheated.. lol... used a bit too much and he REALLY cooled down...(got cold)... What a good idea! Peppermint oil in a spray bottle. I will give that a try next time the temp rises. It's only about 80 today and the wind is breezy. Very nice day to clean out the shed - NOT! But I am anyway.
