This year the event will be held at the SeaTac Marriott Hotel whichis located across from Sea-Tac airport, February 16-18, 2007.

On the website you'll see the deadlines for early bird discountregistration and late registration. The hotels room rate is $99/nitefor double occupancy.

You will need to tell the hotel that you are with the BandsterBash and Conference- the code is BAN or you will be charged a muchhigher rate. The number to call for reservations is 1-800-721-7033.

You will be given a hotel confirmation number when making thereservation. You will need to include this with your conferenceregistration form or you will be charged an extra fee. Like most bigconferences, conference facility charges are offset by an obligationto have so many hotel rooms booked. Bandsters who book hotel roomsoffset these fees.

Conference attendants who do not book hotel rooms will becharged an extra fee if they do not stay in the hotel. So that is whywe need your hotel registration number which will be cross checkedwith the Marriott hotel.

Hey Everyone,

I have been reading everyone's posts and Wow! you all are doing great. Craig the picture is amazing. What a transformation. I love this Family of Support. To all of you who have not been banded yet, you are in for a wonderful treat. Dr Aceves and his whole staff will treat you with great care and respect. I know you will have a great experience.

I am getting ready to head down on Dec 14th with my 23 year old daughter that will be banded on Dec 15th. She will be the 5th member of my family banded by Dr Aceves.

I wanted to announce that we are accepting Registration now for the upcoming Seattle Bandster Bash.

I have some VERY GOOD NEWS. Not only will Nina be at the Bash, but Dr Aceves is confirmed as an invited guest speaker. I am so excited. I am also hoping we can get Yolanda here :0) It will be like an Aceves Bandster Family reunion as well as a wonderful educational Bash.

I hope you will all consider coming. It would be so fun to put a face to a name and get to know our support group Family in person.

Please read the information below and let me know if you have any questions. I was asked to be the committee person over registration and we just started Registering people this week.

I hope to have a big SUPPORT/FOLLOWING here for Dr Aceves.
