Guest guest Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 Stalls are pretty normal. So don't panic. I NEVER had much success at increasing my calories. It may work for some. I just kept my calories at 800 per day and increased my exercise. I always kept my protein at 70 grams per day and still 2 1/2 years later try to get that my protein in each day.
