Go there and read the articles and then click on the left links for more info and to go to the forum. There are tools and calculators there to help you figure BMI, target heart rate, etc. I am reading how to figure out my target heart rate here http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/fitness/cmsID,2290/mode,content/ .. I had forgotten how to do that, and it is very important to know what your target heart rate is when you exercise so you know what level is for cardiovascular and what level is for fat burning.
