Guest guest
Hi there, I'm getting a little concerned about my NY convention room reservation. Considering that I made it almost a week ago and still haven't had a confirmation email yet, I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem? If I could get some advice on this I'd be most grateful. Thanks.. Faye
Guest guest
I got this reply when I asked about it: We have received your hotel form! You will receive a confirmation from the Hotel, probably by Monday the 8th. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank You and we look forward to seeing you in NYC Then this when I didn't get a confirmation: We are working with the hotel, your reservation is safe. Please be patient! Guest guest
I've had a couple people saying the same thing now. And I was told last night that I was going to receive an email confirmation almost immediately - but guess what? Still no email confirmation! Shouldn't the LPA be looking into this? My husband put money aside to use for the deposit - it's still waiting there for the hotel (or whoever to take it) and has been for over a week now. This is not good service as far as conventions go. I should've at least had something to tell me a room has been reserved for me by now.
