Other alternatives to having suction

I find when I have to have the suction done on my ear that the vertigo from this

is awful...Has anyone found an alternative method to this..??? could anitbiotics

help to dry the ear out...I cant stand having this done and it doesnt seem to

help as I constantly have cotton in my ear. I also wonder if keeping cotton in

my ear is making it worse??? I did hear that using a syringe with apple cider

vinegar to flush it out seems to work??? any suggestions would be helpful as I

just cant stand having this done....thanks
