I JUST got back and it went wonderful! The woman walking out when I got there was too young and the woman coming in when I was leaving was too uptight.

There were two special ed teachers, the head paraeducator, head secretary and the principal. They were all very nice and I believe there were 15 questions in all. They gave me a copy to follow along and I gave them answers they were not expecting a lot of the time. One was "how would you get to know your new supervisor?" I said "with respect, enthusiasm, and humor". Dead silence, then a lot of laughter and "good answer, good answer". I heard "good answer" quite a bit tonight.

I feel very good about how it went. But there are always those thoughts on the drive home "I should have said this and I shouldn't have said that........"

It's all in God's hands now!

Thanks for asking . Can Guido come out and play? I miss him. What was he for Halloween?

Many thanks for all your prayers............Shari

Shari, I find sometimes personalities and other dynamics have more to do with the job offer than the experience. I know you have both to offer them. Now it's just wait and see. Ohmygosh! I didn't know about the car accident. How could I have missed that message. I am so sorry and to have a broken hand to boot! Or would that be "to glove"!

Now I'm the one sending prayers.

Sounds like a great interview Shari!! Did they tell you when they

would be making any final decisions, or when you would be notified

when you get the position? I will be sending tons of prayers and

positive thoughts for you...sounds like you already have the job though!!

Just what you needed-an addictive destructive pain killer. Sounds like you

Actually, it was the Secret Suprise in a box of

Cracker Jacks.
