I've got a few questions for all of you. 1. What are SUDS? Is this a part of EFT that I just haven't heard of yet? and 2. How do I do POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS? For example, I am ready in my life to meet a wonderful man, and if an affirmation will help this process along, then I want to learn it TODAY! (I'm actually serious, here. I do want your suggestions about how to learn this, or if perhaps just tapping on the " Even thoughs.... " is the way to go.) hugs, (where we are in the beginning stages of a snowstorm in PA. Instead, I was more concerned for the well being of others than I was for myself. Today, I can proudly say " I Love Me! " This metamorphis did not come over night. Rather, this change came about due to a lot of hard knocks and God's intervention. This process has also taught me how to take care of myself. And guess what?
