It is not weekly but 9 days in each table... I am feeling alot better now that I cut down to 1/2 hour a day. Hopefully by the end of the month I will be doing 1 hour comfortably and ready for another month Just kidding ! I will need a break. Whatever we do , it still has to be challenging. I realize it is enough of a challenge to get out the door some days!
