I am dealing with 150s/95s blood pressure fairly reguarly. Q: what NOT

Some mornings, I am 135/85, but it goes up within two hours. Lots

of stress of many types...I take natural products to try to reduce

blood pressure. NO coffee, co cola. Little salt. I daily use celery

seed, CQ10, serrapeptase, flaxseed, lemon juice, fresh fruit and

veggies, vit b complex and C. Rainbow Light Advanced Nutrional

System minus the iron, chromium piccolinate, garlic, chondroiten,

glucosamine. I use stevia and never sugar.

I MUST drop that pressure, and am also trying bromaline combined

with serrapeptase starting tomorrow. But i have to get it down soon.

What NOT to eat, what herbs NOT to use...

I heard that becuase I weas inactive so long (many years due to back

injuries, although I'm only 20 pounds overweight and 59 years old),

I probably have good case of hardening of arteries.

Any more dramatic ideas? What about rauwolfia serpentina? Ever heard

about the effectiveness of ... The cane sugar & mustard cure as

suggested by Dr. V. ? I heard DHEA is not good for

me?
