Today's Angel Message ====================

Dear Ones, Often you have been presented with opportunities to have or do something you wish, and often you have chosen not to take advantage of them. Today we ask you to consider this phenomenon and the reasons behind it.

Why do you not utilize opportunity when it is presented? The most common reason is fear, specifically, the fear of losing what you already have in a bid for something better or more satisfying. We have spoken often of dealing with fear; at this time we wish to speak of opportunity and what it represents.

As you move through your days, it is impossible to escape the realization that what you have created leaves some or possibly much to be desired. At the time you created it, however, it seemed to you that what you now have would be enjoyable, beneficial, or satisfying to you in some way.

Now that you have worked with this creation, you have become aware that it is no longer enough for you. You have grown and developed, changing as all living things do, and are now ready for more. This readiness, coupled with your understanding of what you wish to experience, has created a new opportunity for you.

Rarely will any experience satisfy you for the rest of your life. In truth, none will, unless it is capable of changing and developing in ways that match your own growth. So as you understand this, free yourself of the idea that if you accept an opportunity you will be 'stuck' with your choice forever. You will change, and as you do, either the experience will change or a new opportunity will present itself. It is that simple.

As for the older creation which has outlived its ability to bring you satisfaction, know that struggling to keep what is no longer joyful is a creative act as well. It will draw into your life other things which are unable to satisfy you.

Consider these things, beloveds, as you move from creation to creation in your life. Call upon us to help desired creations move into your experience faster and in more satisfying form. You can work toward this happy end, as well, by blessing all who come to your attention each day.

Atmos: The 14th October UFO Sighting

The excitement mounts as the prospect of the 14th October Sighting is upon you. The news of it has spread far and wide, and it has caused people to take a serious view about the consequences of such an important event. Some naturally feel uneasy about the possible outcome, but by far the majority are relieved that some form of help is coming to Earth. They may not all be aware of the nature of it, but in your present turmoil they look to any source that can offer a way out. Those who have followed the various messages coming through many different channels, have at least an idea as to what may happen. One fact that is absolutely certain is that you are at a stage in your evolution where you must prepare to move on. The end of this cycle has allowed for different options over the course of time, but many have chosen to ascend and have accordingly raised their vibrations. Ascension is a process that you have been involved in for quite some time, and by Divine Decree it must take place.

The stage is set for a grand finale and a glorious time of enlightenment, and the spreading of much love and harmony. The Light is reaching into people's heart centres, and awakening them to greater possibilities than they have previously considered. Some hide away from the possible outcome of recent financial turmoil, as it is an emotional issue for which they have not been prepared. Those of the Light understand that much of the old has been found wanting, and no longer able to continue at a time when the new energies are being grounded upon Earth. We would wish for all to have an opportunity to be aware of why so many changes are occurring, and when we can come out openly and talk with you the explanations will be given. Simply stated, you are in the end times and must be prepared to undertake the next part of your evolutionary journey.

As you might imagine, we have not come thus far to be thwarted by the continued actions of the dark forces. They have been allowed to play out their hand, and it was seen that they would implode of their own volition. It clearly has resulted in many hardships and continues to do so, but you have our assurance that in the immediate future all will be well. The cleansing of the Earth means removing the lower energies and their manifestations, and as you have already seen, it cannot occur overnight. Having said that we will instigate the changes in a series of projects that shall run along side each other. In that way it shall seem to you that progress is made very quickly. Dear Ones, we have planned for this particular period for a long time, and once we have established our presence, shall move on to the next announcement of open contact. Your governments clearly already know of our plan, and have been as interested in our intentions as any one else. Some are reluctant to accept us however there is no choice involved any longer, as you the people have "invited" us within your midst.

October the 14th will be a monumental day when at last you see irrefutable evidence of our presence. It will sweep away the deliberate policy of most governments to hide the facts of our existence. Not only that but also our contact with their officials offering to bring peace to Earth, which has repeatedly been rejected. Our help has been extended to you since you first split the atom, as it was seen that this would lead to the development of nuclear weapons with the power to destroy your Earth. We shall eventually prove to you beyond doubt, that on more than one occasion you were intending to bring about a nuclear war. We shall also show you proof that your actions could have destroyed your Earth. We wish you to be aware that we have acted as your guardians for many thousands of years, and you would not have been where you are now without our help, indeed you would not have reached this high point in evolution.

Our help has been on both a physical and mental level, as we have tried to encourage a more spiritual and loving approach to life. We talk often of our allies, and be assured that many of our kind have taken a normal incarnation upon Earth and walk amongst you even now. They have brought a higher energy to you to help lift up your consciousness, and often been the very ones who have led the way to a higher understanding. You do not realise for one moment how much has been done to help you through this vital period. We along with the many councils that oversee your evolution, have constantly worked for your well being. We do not interfere with your freewill but have always kept a balance between the dark and Light, to give you every opportunity to lift up out of the lower vibrations. Whilst you have determined the nature of your experiences, we have ensured that the Divine Plan works out.

Each and every one of you subconsciously knows why we are here, even if you are not able to bring that knowledge to the waking mind. Many will deny this statement, as they have become tightly bound by different beliefs. We say to you that it is time to bring the truth into the open, and you should allow for a different approach to your understanding. The Spiritual Hierarchy that monitor your progress allow for your freewill choice in all matters, so no pressure or force is used to make you change. There will however be great Beings coming to Earth as teachers of the Truth, and no one will move out of duality without having been presented with it. There is basically one important message, and it is that "You Are All One" and have immutable links with the Source of All That Is. Therefore break down the barriers that separate you from others, and let go of any prejudice or perceived differences. Allow for a coming together, because it will happen once the old paradigm is replaced with one that brings you love, peace and harmony amongst all people.

I am Atmos from Sirius and bring messages of hope and enlightenment, and would advise you that your material problems will be short lived, and a fair and just society shall see out the last years of this cycle. You cannot carry the old vibrations much further, and they must be transmuted into the Light. As always it is your final choice, but realise what an opportunity Ascension offers you to once and for all leave the cycle of Duality behind you. The Golden Age is about to commence, and you can step onto its pathway if you so wish. Live in Love and Light and you will achieve a great step up in your evolution.

No Longer Ride the Dragon

God said:

Whenever you are angry, you can know you have an axe to grind. Regardless of what you see as the inciting event that lit the fire of anger within you, you have been carrying around some grudge with the universe. Just the way your love can always be ignited, so you have a vein of resentment within you. You may accrue your exploding anger onto many things, yet a spark lit the dynamite you had stored there. Do you understand? You are responsible for your anger. You own it. It is all yours.

Would that explosions of your anger would leave less and less anger available each time, yet, the way it is, the same amount is left, perhaps even more, because once again you feel the injustice of not being heard. No matter how justified and logical the cause of your anger, the supposed cause only set off the embers already burning.

This volcano of anger within you, whether dormant or active, curtails your joy. The anger is there. Submerged, buried under volcanic ash, no matter, it is there.

And so you ask, " God, how can I get rid of my anger altogether? You are right. Sometimes I have no idea it's there, and then someone lights a match, and my anger flares up. God, I have a dragon of anger within me, and I don't know what to do about it. How do I remove it? And if I cannot remove it, how do I get this dragon to settle down? I understand what You say that I am the receptacle of my own anger. I understand You to say that I don't have to have it. I don't have to let anger consume me. I also understand You to say that I am really love. Help me, please, God, to remove my anger, and will You remove anger from all the Earth? I know anger is not worthy. I know anger does not benefit anyone. I do not seem to be capable of removing my anger, and I don't know how to abide with it. I am at a loss to know what to do. Help me to have love reign. Help me to abolish anger from my heart. Help me to sweep up even the ashes of anger that make my heart heavy. "

Beloveds, somewhere in your mind, you must think that anger serves you. You must think that anger is your right, that you have earned it. You must think that you have to defend yourself, perhaps your rightness. You may think you have to protect your name. Or perhaps you have to unleash your anger on someone or something else so that all your anger is not against yourself.

Once you were a helpless child. You expressed your recognition of helplessness in tears and then in fighting back the tears and hitting out, even if the hitting out was pounding on your pillow or banging your own head against the wall. All anger is pounding your own head against the wall.

Recognize that you are no longer helpless. You are no longer helpless. You are no longer helpless, and no longer need you be at the beck and call of anger. You can ignore that dragon of anger. The dragon will tell you that you have every right to it. Now you know you have no right to anger at all. You have the right to love. You have no right to be caught up in anger.

The dragon of anger does not have to carry you in its arms and shoot out its flames through your mouth. Admit to Me right now that you do not need anger to uphold you. Admit that you do not have to vote for anger. Anger isn't really a dragon. It is a little powerless child, and no more than that. Stop riding on that dragon. Ride on a horsie instead. Give yourself solace instead of anger. Burn that dragon, and do not feed him again.

How to Enjoy the Shift

There is a change, a Shift under way that is affecting every aspect of our third dimensional reality. This Shift is so far-reaching that our limited imagination cannot begin to grasp the transition and change we are now in the midst of experiencing. This Shift is affecting every aspect of life on the planet; political, social and economic structures, the environment, every institution, the wars, how we view our relationships, our work, every thought we think and every feeling we feel. It is altering Time, our memory, our DNA, the wiring of our physical and emotional bodies, our beliefs, our perceptions of good and bad, right and wrong and especially our awareness of what is possible.

The Shift is composed of huge waves of Light which hold massive amounts of information and instructions. These waves are re-wiring our DNA, upgrading the body's physical, emotional and mental systems. These waves of Light are activating the fourth and fifth dimensional chakras, aligning us with a higher awareness. This Shift is providing new understandings of how to once again live in harmony with each other, the environment and All That Is. However, between this new "Heaven on Earth" and where we currently exist, there is transition.

The Transition

This transition, as exciting and wonderful as it is, is creating difficulties for many. These difficulties are occurring as this pace quickens, and we continue to hold our third dimensional beliefs and habits as truths. We continue to argue for the right and wrongs, judge others for their actions or fix them because "we know better." These actions belong to the third dimension and they must be released. As long as we continue to hold these limitations, we will experience the affects of this Shift within our physical and emotional bodies. These affects are known as Ascension Symptoms.

Symptoms, such as,, dizziness, confusion, loss of focus, headaches, fatigue, digestion discomfort, anxiety, etc. You may be experiencing Time going faster. There is more on your plate and less time to complete it. You may be losing aspects of your memories (no, it's not Alzheimer's). Things that were once very important are no longer as important. And most of us are feeling a heightened sense of distraction coupled with an emotional sense that something is just not right. As we argue for our limitations and hold on to the old beliefs which no longer support us, we create a resistance or blockage within our four-body system creating these discomforts. The third dimensional reality as we have known it is shifting. It is becoming far more grand, aligned and balanced, moving into a Higher Consciousness. Humanity is waking up and as it does, the old structures that have supported duality, maintained separation and have controlled the masses with fear are crumbling.

As this new Light finds it way into every corner of darkness, those that live within the darkness are beginning to recoil, react and become very noisy. They will scream the loudest to maintain the status quo. They are creating imbalance, wars, economic failures and many other distractions to prevent this Shift from occurring. They will, for a short time, become very loud, generating much fear in their attempt to avoid this Shift. As this new Light flows within each of us, we are now receiving new information, opportunities and choices which were not available to us in the past. These choices are now allowing each of us to step out of the fear, distraction and separation. By grounding, realigning your energy fields, stabilizing your attention point and focus, you will keep the bodies safe, successful and happy during the transition.

Grounding

Grounding is something almost everyone has considered. But grounding is not a thought; it is an action, a tool to dissipate noisy thoughts, anxiety and undesirable emotions that run through our bodies. If you would close your eyes and in your imagination create an image of a beam of Light, a line of energy, a tree trunk, a pipe or a chain. Just pretend. Then connect one end to the lowest tip of your spine, the first chakra. Feel the connection. Make this real. Then drop the other end of the line to the center of the earth. The center of the earth is not very far away. See the line of energy strongly connect to the center of the earth. With your imagination reach down and tug on both ends and feel the connection. Now, expand the line to about eight inches in diameter and give it the command to activate and become magnetic. Take a breath and notice the relaxation.

The command to activate allows the grounding line, a natural part of your body's operating system, to release thoughts and emotions that do not belong to you, but constantly affect you. These thoughts and emotions flow through the unprotected energy field, stimulating emotions, creating reaction and discomfort. Interestingly, the majority of thoughts you think belong to the world surrounding you and have very little to do with you at all. But once they are in your space they create a distraction, distort your attention and direct your life. Grounding minimizes this noise.

The Octahedron

Surrounding you are a number of energy fields, one of which you know as the aura. The aura gathers, retains and files every thought, word and action that occurs within, through and around you. In other words it holds a lot of information, much of which has very little to do with you. This energy field is also an antenna. It attracts frequencies of thought. If you can manage the antenna, you can manage what the antenna attracts. Constructing this antenna around you creates a powerful energy field which aligns with the information of the Shift and your own internal guidance system. In Sacred Geometry there are five forms known as Platonic Solids which hold unique characteristics. One is the Octahedron. It is one four-sided pyramid pointing up with a second four-sided pyramid connected at the base and pointing down.

Find a point about two feet in front of you and, with your imagination, place a dot there. Then place another dot two feet directly behind you and two more dots, two feet to the left and right of you. Place a dot about two feet above your head and another below your feet. Six dots. This is an experiential, not a mental, exercise. Feel each of the dots and see them with your imagination. Now, from the point above your head draw four lines connecting to the four dots surrounding you. Then connect each of those four dots creating a four-sided pyramid. See it. Feel it around you. Next, from the point below your feet, draw four lines connecting up to the four dots surrounding you. This will create a sense of containment. This containment is not a wall or a defense system; it is a safe vessel that allows you to move around without becoming affected by the noise. It is also an antenna, which aligns with the Light and Infinite Intelligence being transmitted during this Shift. The Octahedron creates an alignment with all that you are and simply filters out that which you are not.

Experience and play with these tools. As simple as they are, they will alter your conscious reality and allow you to enjoy the unfolding Shift.

The year is 2016. We glance at the television one morning and see Barack Obama having another of his many press conferences. He has now been in office for almost 8 years.

It hasn't been perfect, but things are way better than when he took office in January of 2009. You notice that his hair has whitened and he still has that winning smile and that take charge/positive energy that he had when he was campaigning way back in 2008.

You remember back to how concerned you were about whether or not he would win in 2008 and you feel deeply contented that he has been safely in office for such a long time.

He and Congress have done much to address global warming, health care, development of alternative energy sources and a variety of other important matters to the country and the planet. You feel deep gratitude for the past eight years and how things have unfolded.

See it... Feel it... breathe it....

Lets stop fighting against McCain and Palin, and start working " for " Obama-Biden. Lets stop driving ourselves crazy with all of the outrageous mind upsetting details about them and start remembering all of the wonderful reasons we want Obama.

THE CHALLENGE: take 30 seconds right now. Close your eyes and imagine exactly what our country will feel like with President Obama. Imagine how good it will feel. Imagine whatever it is about him that you desire. Imagine the pride. Imagine the diplomacy. Imagine the peace. Imagine the wind mills and the clean cars. Imagine the citizen groups. Imagine the earth being healed and revitalized. Imagine being very proud of your country and its leader. Imagine whatever it is that draws you to support Obama. Imagine what your life will look like.
