Guest guest
posted on: [secret Law of Attraction] Tips for Manifesting Your 2008 Tips for Manifesting Your 2008 © by Crane & Rick Nichols The beginning of the year is a great time to get back to basics. 'Change your thinking, change your life.' It's true! So the first skill for changing your life in 2008 is paying attention to your thoughts and changing the ones that are not focused on the life you want. 1. Pay attention to your thoughts. Are you thinking negatively about finances or finding a relationship or your career or health? Change your thoughts to reflect what you DO want. 2. Review the basics for positive affirmations: they are personal, positive, present tense (as though they are already a reality.) Use enthusiastic words to infuse your affirmations with energy. Create powerful affirmations for the areas you want to change. 3. Take time to write out your affirmations for 2008. Buy a special journal for recording these. They are your heart's desire. Take time to create your life as carefully as you do your vacations. Set aside a specific time every week (or even every day if possible!) to write affirmations. 4. Be patient and loving with yourself. Criticism only slows down the process of change. As you are more loving with yourself, you will automatically become more loving with others. 5. Everyday look at yourself in the mirror and say, 'I love and accept you just the way you are.' And while you're at it, say your affirmations in the mirror, too! 6. Meditate daily. In the quiet of meditation you develop the connection with Spirit and your intuition that guides you in every situation. 7. Take a few minutes daily to visualize the life you want. This can be just when you are waking up in the morning or just before you go to bed, or at the end of your meditation. 8. Pay attention to your feelings. Using affirmations to suppress feelings doesn't work. Journal about your feelings to help resolve them. 9. Look for places in your community and beyond where you can contribute. If you don't have money to contribute, donate your time to help others. 10. Practice gratitude on a daily basis. Condition your mind to think about what you're grateful for as many times as possible during the day. www.heartinspired. com
