Guest guest
Hi , Thank you for your service and my prayers are with you and all our forces. My daughter served in Dessert Storm, which doesn't compare to the stress you are under, I understand that. Here are some suggestions: 1.Take a few moments, every morning and tap for "general stress" to start, a few rounds and then do a round on the first thought that comes up, and tap until you feel some relief. 2. At the close of your day, review your day and tap for any feelings! 3. Find a buddy and tap together, exchanging thoughts and feelings! These are very general, but, it is a start, there will be much more help coming from this list. If you need specific wording, just ask.
