h-a-p-p-e-n-e-d – I had already been using the instant healing word in BSFF…NOT JUST the BSFF cue

word, but specifically asking the Universe for AN INSTANT HEALING! So I thought

why not try it with EFT too….and sometimes when you say to yourself –

this I do, and I use my will to do it, so universe, provide! And the U does

provide!!!lol!

The " new " way of doing EFT that you are referring to is already out in full

swing, it's called ZPoint. If you are wanting to know more about it, you

can go to www.zpointprocess.com There are many free resources on the web

site. If you have any questions, you can reach me via e mail.

There are other techniques that could fall under the same category, many of

them discussed on this list. Basically all you are doing is instructing

your subconscious to do as you tell it.

Yes, I agree with you, it is nice to have so many variety of methods to

choose from. I believe each of them will resonate with each of us

differently as well. Personally, I find myself tapping and repeating my cue

word (ZPoint) at the same time. Other times, I like to tap, and then other

times something totally different!!

We are blessed to have so many technique to choose from...........

Yes, this is exactly right. ZPoint also has not created the absence of

tapping either, so much as borrowed the idea from BSFF - as has Zensight.

It's great that there are so many different ways of working so that people

can find what is right for them, and combine as well, as they see fit.

I find with Zensight people also feel energy moving and sometimes this is

easier than with techniques that use language - much of the time people use

visualization with Zensight, either as an adjunct to verbal statements, or

instead of them. This helps to get the " head " out of the way a bit.

However, sometimes when people are more kinesthetic in nature they prefer

tapping, or like to do both together.

I agree that Dayu has come up with a great idea - seeing all the points

being tapped together - that adds to what other techniques that also allow

people to heal " on automatic pilot " so to speak, have offered.

I have difficulty seeing all of the points at once but what I do with

Zensight is simply picture the entire energy field and energy pathways (for

some reason I often see them more easily than the actual points - maybe is

idiosyncratic for me) and use the healing symbol and experience the surge

with that.

I would imagine that seeing all of the points being tapped or " released " at

once can provide a special energy surge - great thinking Dayu!

As far as I can tell ZPoint dispenses with the acupressure points

altogether, or at least

seems not to mention them. I like Automatic EFT because after I do the Setup

and affirm

the automatic " tapping " , I can " feel " the energy moving around my meridian

points, very

gently. With the EFT method I feel the change in my mind AND body, with

ZPoint it feels

more cerebral. It sounds like ZPoint is achieving great results for people

too, so that's

wonderful. How lucky we are to have so many " flavors " of energy healing to

choose from,

and more are evolving all the time! As far as I know this sort of Automatic

use of EFT has

not been mentioned on Craig's website yet, so I still think Dayu is on

the cusp of

something, even if there are others there too. Just wanted to give Dayu her

props for a

creative and effective use of EFT! :-)
