Hi Tammy, It Is Nydia. How have you been. 1st I want to say happy be-lated mother's day. You are not going to believe me but I have tried to send you and e*mail for the last two weeks about three times and each time I start I have lost the charge to my laptop and lost the composed e*mail before I finished and not be able to send you this now long long e*mail. I feel that I have not spoke to you in ages!! Also I wanted to say that we have made to to our 1st band anavesary on Saturday!! I am sooo happy I weighed myself on Friday at the movie theatre restroom ( now this is the same sacale I weighed myself a couple days before we went into surgery) and I weighed 215 lbs.!!! I am sooo happy. Before the surgery I weighe 236 lbs. and now as of last Friday 5/19/06 I have lost 21 lbs. If you remember I was a little bumbed out because the stupid scale I bought after the surgery kept on telling I had not lost much only

10lbs but I knew in my heart it was wrong. I have also lost soooo many inches too.,but I have not mesured myself , but I am going to. So anyway enough about me, how have you been?? I am looking forward to our fills, because I still I can eat a horse and I feel I can eat pretty fast!! Hopefully this fill will help me dropp more weight. but hey I am glad with what I have lost. I do need to admit I have not been exercsiing as much as I should. and I have had soooo many stressful problems at work and family issues that the old me wants to take control and looks to eat to take away my stress, but it is hard battle for me. Tammy I can go on and on, but I would love to hear from you and see how you are doing. Take care Nydia 236/215/130
