To heal victim consciousness – change one’s

soul contracts regarding anger and resentment, so they are no longer a

motivator on one’s path of evolution.

One will find oneself setting better boundaries

and healthy boundaries, so as to deliberately create one’s life from the

highest intentions.

Also one can do a karmic release clearing

exercise with the person who triggers anger and resentment, exercise given in both

Manuals 2 and 3. Ask your higher self how long the karmic release will take to

reach completion after doing the appropriate exercise – it may be a week,

two weeks, etc.  It depends on your situation.  It is helpful to wait that

period, and allow the process to unfold naturally. Then listen as your inner

guidance beckons you to learn new ways of interacting, so that one is coming

from a place of deliberate creation, and all traces of anger and resentment are

gone, replaced by peace and harmony.

Also a good idea to do the Soul Contract

Addendum Change on Power, and the Meditation and Full Exercise on Claiming Your

Power on page 75, and see what are the lessons of power that our soul is wanting

to us to learn.

Subsequent clear focus on desired visions and

goals, also makes manifestation easier.
