Guest guest
Hello Molly, I was very interested to read your message below (I have snipped some of this) > As I've started to tap on various issues from my childhood, does > anyone think that this could be related to my irregular cycle? And, > once I get those issues resolved, will my body's hormonal system > become more balanced? > > It is really cool to see things that used to bother me so much now > not even phase me all because of tapping. I am so amazed. Just > wondering anyone's thought on what I'm experiencing... > > Thanks, > Molly > I think that your irregular periods could be the result of clearing out early trauma. I have found this can happen with my clients when we are working on issues around early childhood as well as puberty. Following this work their body settles into it own natural rhythm. I am so pleased that it feels cool when you notice that you are coping so well with your life. In the future, how about using a set up like " Even though my periods are irregular and I don't know why, I fully love and accept myself " You could tap on this, or something that is much closer to your own thoughts about what is happening to your body. If you did this as well as working on your past issues it would be acknowledging your physical bodily reactions as well as your emotions. Warmly Mair
