Vegan Raw Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes (Raw) The Almost Tuna, was adapted from an early Ann Wigmore recipe, I lke this dish because it uses lots of sprouts, and isn't "nut - heavy", like many of the other entrées. If desired, substitue an extra 1/4 cup mung bean sprouts instead of the sprouted lentils.Lets start

by, placing 2 to 3 cups of alfalfa in a bowl and put aside. Next in a food processor, combine sunflower seeds, almond butter, Bragg Liquid Aminos, kelp, mung beans and lentils and blend until smooth.Next add in the onion and celery and pulse chop until the onion and celery are blended but still chunky.Remove from the food processor and pour over the alfalfa sprouts. Mix them well. If there is too much sauce, add more of the alfalfa sprouts. Finally add sea salt to taste. Now take your tomatoes and cut a good size circle out to the tops of each of them. Take your Raw Tuna and fill the holes of the tomatoes. Place them on a plate and sprinkle dill around them. Serve. Notes: If this seems bland, add more sea salt. you will need a good amount of slat to bring out the flavors in this

dish. recipe by Alissa Cohen Ingredients for Un - Tuna 3 Cups Alfalfa Sprouts 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds 1/4 Cup Sprouted Lentils(or 1/2 cup just mung beans, no lentils) 1/4 Cup Mung Beans Sprouts 3 TablespoonsAlmond Butter 1 TablespoonKelp 1 teaspoonNama Shoyu 1/2 CupOnion 2 Stalks ofCelery 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Suzi What is a weed?
