Guest guest
Chloe had a CWD in June, and a Total Ossicular Replacement Prosthesis was placed on the stapes footplate. It does not look as though this is going to work for her this time. She has had one work well in the past, but it was pushed out by new ctoma. The last one healed in the proper place, but was not long enough by the time the new TM graft healed. He said this one is a longshot because they don't seem to work as well after CWD as the do after CWU. Anyone have one that is working after CWD? Thanks! Also, first time ever she has an intact TM! No perfs...that has not happened since she was two. He used alloderm graft instead of fascia and the whole cavity is healing extremely well.
