I added it to my epsoms this flush and it seemed the epsoms tasted even worse............its the best garbage man ive found at the microlevel.......got rid of lifelong headaches with it and my son got rid of lifelong swollen neckglands with it these were the bastard things that our fine medical boys wanted me to take various pain killers for......quit aspirins when i was in my early twenties....took vitamin c all my life but didnt take the rite amount........discovered gut tolerance levels of vitamin c when i was 54.....im 56 now.......those yo yos said my sons swollen glands were NORMAL hed miss a couple of weeks of school a year......he hasnt missed a day in two yrs due to sickness....touch wood and thank the internet.......a trip to sick kids in toronto took up the day.......on the net i meet many better dispensers of health than ive ever met in the hospital or drs offices.......ive never taken vitamin c for the taste......i think u do yourself a diservice......mixing is the major cause of problems with the bod to begin with.......so why mix the medicine....i take the vitamin c to help rid the bod of the garbage that the liver just dumped...... I really only passed stones on the first bowel movement in the a.m. Is that normal also, to only pass stones on one movement?......i dont know what normal is.....for me iv passed many hundreds and then i passed as few as 20 or so.......ive tried it with and without the next morning epsom salts....with the epsom salts in the morning u mite find more of them.....or u mite be empty.....get 2 in a row where u have none before going on maintenance doses.........
