thanks for the info robin!! i have this one ('the secret to flat abs') in

my rental queue along with 'core challenge' and 'firm and fit'. i will let

Anyone ever view or use Stott Pilates videos? Was just at a very interesting site and found lots of exercise "toys" and these vids were in abundance.
