No screen in place and my finger touch the spinning blades (oh, I didn't mention it was still running!!!).

Shari..I did almost the same thing yesterday only not as dangerous. I started juicing and nothing came out. I reached in and here I had forgotten to put the blade on it. Not nearly as catastrophic as what you did!

I hope it heals up soon. I can't even imagine what that is like. I don't even know what to suggest for it, except keep it wrapped up.
