Guest guest
And I don't care if any on here know my answer but I answered yes, only because I feel deeply for the 'true' orphan out there who may need a loving home:). And that is the key, 'true', and not someone, an ap or lp shyster who is trying to bilk money out of any of us. But, how can we verify that? Because if any parent, ap or lp, on here is seeking to adopt an lp and is then rooked out of their money and there was never an lp to adopt to begin with too, it would be like breaking their hearts twice:(. Plus, just a thought that came to my mind right this second, if the 'transaction' was fake or even if it was real and it just 'fell through' for whatever reason, could our group (and/or ) be held legally responsible, because in a sense we'd be like 'baby brokers' or at the very least 'baby brokering'. Or would it just be purely an 'announcement' with this attached, " Venture at your own risk? " Trust me, I would like to see every lp (and non-lp) orphan adopted and it's ironic, I know if I spent much more time during my news search of lps, I know, without a doubt, I would find a few lp ones. In fact, I've already been close to it in the past... but part of me is nervous too, as I don't want to find one and then have it not work out, regardless of all that is mentioned above. Also, from the following, What if the mom in the foreign country or the orphan's government there decided to end the adoption for whatever reason too:(. Even with all that, I still say, yes... but with this, Venture at your own risk. But then again so is love, a risk. luv, grady
