From: " I am not heard, my needs are not met, and I feel lousy. "

" I am heard, my needs are met and it feels so good. "

Often,

in

my newsletter, I share Energy Psychology protocols, tips and techniques

on how they work well for clients, self and others. One such protocol

is TAT, Tapas Acupressure Technique. For those who are new to this,

you can download the basic manual from www.TATlife.com.

At

times in our lives, we may not feel heard by others, and our needs may

not be met. There may have been trauma in our lives from the past when

this was particularly significant, and we neither knew how to get heard

nor how to get our needs met, and it felt bad. When this happens, we

can heal this vibration/belief/experience by doing a simple TAT

Process, and shift into a better vibration in which we are attracting

more positive outcomes in our lives.

TAT STEP 1: All that happened that resulted in my experience of: " I am not heard, my needs are not met, and it feels lousy. "

TAT STEP 2: It happened, it's over, I'm OK, and I'm no longer bothered by this problem, and I can relax.

continue

till you have done all 10 steps. Remember to make your " choice step " a

very positive one, such as " I now feel heard/I am heard/You do listen

to me/I am listened to/I am feeling heard, my needs are being met, and

it feels so good. "

It may look very simple, folks, but it is extremely powerful.

Your feedback on this process and how it worked for you or your clients /friends/family members, etc. is welcome.

I

would also encourage you to take a look at a new method of communicaton

called " Non-Violent Communication " , which is a way of communication

which engenders this attitude.

The book you can buy is Non-Violent

Communication, A Language of Life, by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph. D.,

and I believe classes are held in many parts of the world. For more
