Guest guest
Hi.... Can anyone give me some suggestions on cream soups? I went to the store and found clam chowder, cream broccoli etc... but, they have chunks of potatoe and stuff in them. Do you know if it is okay to put these kinds of soups in a blender and liquify them for the full liquid stage? Missy

Guest guest
That's what I've done. Cheese soups are great, just be aware of the fat/calories and don't overdo. I used a lot of chicken noodle and blenderized them. That warm soup feels so good when you haven't had anything close to real food for awhile. Good luck and congrats on this next phase of living with your band! Kristi DOB 8/3/07 219/181/145 Payne <missy_payne@...> wrote: Hi.... Can anyone give me some suggestions on cream soups?
