Guest guest Posted January 16, 2007 Report Share Posted January 16, 2007 Hello All, Long time and I have not been around, but it's nice to see that many are still around I'm currently on my 3rd week of a Candida-Free Diet, and am struggling to keep food interesting. I Just wondered if anyone had any experience or food/recipe ideas as I'm quickly losing steam. Though, health benefits have been great so far. For those that aren't familiar I cannot have the following - sugar, fruit (or anything sweet), yeast or yeast products, wheat/gluten, (some say whole wheat is okay), no starchy veggies (potatoes, corn, peas, nothing fermented so no soy soy sauce, vinegar, tamari (unless wheat free). I used to enjoy cooking but am finding this quite stressful and taking the enjoyment out of cooking! (and to think that I just had bought a new juicer!!)
