Guest guest
Hello ... Here is our story I am 40 and a achon and our daughter is 10 and an achon and my husband is 40 and is 6'3 and a smoker. We all have life insurance with American Family Insurance....it won't be a million dollar policy but it is quiet substantial. No problems. If you can't get it in your home town email me privately and I will give you the name and number of our guy and he'll take care of you. It's all about how it is presented. in Arizona On Nov 21, 2008, at 10:59 PM, baired6 wrote: > Hey all. I never post on here, but I felt this was a great one to post > this to. My name is Clutter. Guest guest
I thought I heard on here and other sites that dwarfs couldn't get private policy (thru employment they can) -- life insurance -- due to the fact -- they weren't on the " actuary " tables that the rest of mankind falls on. Thus they don't have enough data to do their numbers. Anyhow, so many insurance companies are refusing to pay and denying, perfectly legit claims -- I've heard/read -- of people getting cancer, dying, etc. and being dropped/denied. One lady's husband died, and they were head of a prominent medical research or charity firm -- I forgot. And they outright refused to pay -- even though all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. They did refund the payments -- but WOULD NOT pay out. And it's happening widespread now. I would think (human nature) in today's climate, you don't really have life insurance - until it's time to pay. They measure bodies in autopsy, they may say -- " oh -- he/she is only 4' 2 " -- sorry we don't cover dwarfs " at that time. If they're not paying out for legit cancer cases, I would think they'd find being a " dwarf " at death -- a good excuse not to pay out, among many others. (Especially if you put 4' 10 " or 5' on form, and they measured you to be say 4' 4 " -- they may say it's " fraud " .) Although people shrink as they age. . . . Just my thoughts . . . > Hey all.
