Healing Cords of Yearning in an Ended Relationship

At times, in

my newsletter, I share an Energy Psychology protocol, One such protocol is TAT, and you can download the basic manual from www.TATlife.com.

To release cords of longing and yearning for the good parts of a relationship, once that relationship is over.

TAT STEP 1: All that happened that resulted in my yearning for the good parts of my relationship with ______ - a relationship that is over. ..the feeling of " I miss loving you and being loved by you. "

TAT STEP 2: It happened, it's over, I'm OK, and I'm no longer bothered by this problem, and I can relax.

continue till you have done all 10 steps. Remember to make your choosing step a very positive one, such as " I release all cords to this relationship, and surrender to what is our highest good in the present time. "

It is important to let go of the yearning for the good parts of the old relationship, so that one can live in present time....and bring in some wonderful good things in your now.

Your feedback on this process is welcome.Love,

Dayu
