Melanee,

I applaud your courage! I am also adopted and have always wondered the same

question. I would love to hear as your journey progresses!

All the best luck in your search!

Sara

Subject: Looking for Birth Mother/Family

Hello,

My name is Melanee and I am seraching for my birth mother/family. I

have just recently been able to get my adoption file and I have found

out some great identifying information, hence the reason I am here, my

birth mother has achnodroplasia dwarfism. I was hoping to post what I

know about my adoption and see if anybody could help me out!

I was born in July of 1982, in San Diego, California. I know that my

mother came out to San Diego during the pregnancy to have me from either

the Midwest or East Coast. She comes from a family of 10, and has an

uncle and cousins who also have achnodroplasia dwarfism. At the time of

pregnancy she was an elemantary school teacher and LDS. She is 3'11,

white, and has light brown hair with hazel eyes. She was 26 back in 1982

so she would be 54 or 55 years old now.

Hopefully someone will recognize some of this information and respond

back to me!

Melanee
