Dear ones,

When Hank & I moved here up in the Hills above Lake Elsinore in Southern Cal, we slept really well.

Better than we had in a long while...

Since the last week of last month, Hank & I have been sleeping worse and worse...my body was incredibly tense and tight...

I started to get the feeling that something was really off, some premonition of some disaster or catastrophe...

Then a week later the disaster in Myanmar happened...

I thought that that would be it... but my body didn't relax, it was still incredibly tense and tight...

Then on Sunday, I felt such a sense of loss, like someone I knew had died... except that no one had died that I could tune into...

The pain and loss was so great that I spent all Sunday just crying on and off.

Hank commented that he felt that something really bad was either happening some where, or was going to happen.

We got very little sleep that night...

The next morning we woke to the news of the earthquake in China.

My body is still tight and tense, so I am assuming that more " Shifts " are to be expected.

I will explain that I have been connected to the earth and have " felt " the tensions in the grids within my body for many years now.

Although I forget this when there hasn't been any big " Shifts " in a while...

Maybe many of you also have the connection and have had premonitions and feel the " Shifts " also.

Know that you are not alone and no you are not crazy...

There are also correlations between the earth change activities and the Solar Flares and Galactic electromagnetic energies bombarding the Earth.

One important thing that I was reminded of by my guides is that " Energy follows Thought - Thought follows Emotion- and emotions and energy create reality " .

1. Maybe you have heard of reports of where once an accident happened on some roads, that it seems more and more accidents happen on the same spot.

The traumas and emotional energies form the event are anchored into the earth and unless released and transmuted, sets into operation the Universal Law of Like Attracts Like so that more accidents seemingly happens at the same place...

Nature -the earth -gets imprinted by the emotional energies that are generated when accidents and deaths, and strong emotional energies and " Shifts " like the one in Myanmar and China happen. As indeed anytime there are " Battle " energies.*

The emotions of the people who are caught in the events get anchored into the land, and as Nature is not able to transmute the energies, it can only hold it and dissipates it very slowly over time. Only Humans can transmute the energies that humans have generated.

2. If we allow ourselves to get caught up in the emotions of shock, fear, despair, and other negative emotions,

then we are adding food for the ones that gather like " vultures " that feast on these types of energies.

These ones are very hungry as more and more higher level energies and frequencies are emersing the earth.

Many feel these pre-Ascension energies as a life and death struggle. They struggle to manipulate and create situations in which to feed.

The question that come up now are:

How can we help the earth,

how can we help the people who are caught in these " Shifts " ? Besides donating funds to relief organization...

When I become consciously aware of disastrous 'Shift " and other events,

1. I call on my teams (The ArchAngels and Angels of Light, All those who serve the Spiritual Hierarchy of the earth, Grace Eloha (she opens the way, graces and makes things flow easier...

Ashtar Command teams, the overlighting Devas, devas, the Spirit of Nature- Pan, and the nature spirits of the area affected, etc..-see the info belowwith the * for the complete process...)

to surround the affected area and all who are affected with the highest Divine Christed Unconditional Love & Light energies. This serves to comfort and begin the healing of the affected area and all who are involved. It also keeps the " Vultures " away... Those of us who are dedicated to the Ascension and Light & Love energies and Frequencies need to be aware so we do not contribute to these Lower energies.

2. I ask then as a representative of humanity that all negative energies and emotions be released from the earth, dissolved, removed, and deleted from the affected area and all beings affected.

3. Then I ask that the deletions be transmuted into the purest, clearist and finest of Divine Light & Love energies and sent Home back to the Light to their highest level of evolution in Divine Creator's Plan.

4. I then ask that the affected area and all who are affected be filled with the Highest , clearist, purist Divine Christed Unconditional Love to purify, heal, nourish, grace bless and comfort them all.

(This includes the Overlighting devas, devas, nature spirits, guardians, etc... not just people...)

Now, it is not to be assumed that once is enough. It is a continuing effort depending on the size and severity of the event, and the ongoing developements.

This is something that everyone can do (also as a daily practice)! I do this Process sometimes several times a day depending on the event...

(I know I'm preaching to the choir here, if I am, pass this email on to those who just joined the choir, or who have maybe just heard of the choir...)

If you wish to, start with your local area, do this in the areas that you know where traumatic events happened -accidents, rapes, violence, traumas etc...

The more there are of us doing this type of work-service. The easier it is for the earth to Ascend with ease.

The more we do our part (assuming we understand what our responsibilities are...start with small steps...) from doing the Soul Contract Changes, to the Karmic releases, to clearing the land

the easier it gets for everyone.

A reminder to those who are sensitive to earth changes, when these events happen, be sure to check and make sure that your grid connections to the earth are intact and in good working order.

It is hard to maintain good health and balance when one's grid connections are off...
