Was the fluid shown in middle ear on CT scan?

If u are hearing the pulsations, there is strong possibility of fluid. There is big artery which supplies blood to brain, which is very close to ear. Normally there is bony partition between artery and middle ear. Some times there is bony deficiency, which permits normal pulsations of artery to be conveyed to middle ear. If there is fluid i the middle ear,the same pulsations get transmitted by hearing mechanism in middle ear and and round window as pulsating sound, which is very annoying.

If there is sinus infection, the infected amterial goes around the inner end of E.Tube and causes it malfunctioning , causing fluid to get retained in middle ear.

Get the sinuses cleared,to get rid of this problem.keep me informed of the remedies which helped u.

I do negative suction of sinuses, after putting vaso constrictive drops in nose, blocking one side of nose, putting rubber tube of suction in the other side. I ask patient to say " AA " as it seals the back part ie nasopharynx get separated from oropharynx. I did this on myself to cure same, and found it to be very effective.

Hi i am new to the group and i have what i think is fluid in my middle ear. I have been to 2 ents and they both say no fluid. When i lay down i feel fluid moving in my ears i also have pulsitive tinnitus in my left ear like i hear my pulse most of the time. I also had a ct scan of my brain the one with the dye they put in you and it came back with just bad sinuses. I am pretty much at my ropes end with this. I have been on antibiotics and prednisone and nasonex and nasicort and nothing helps. I think my tubes are not working properly because my balance is off and have that feeling of fluid all the time also sometime feel fluid basically running into my face... Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong with me or have had similar symptoms?
