Guest guest
Hi there dear friend , No, hon it is never stupid to do something to help us feel better with ourself. whether it's a bad habit we want to kick, that room we want to deep clean, the few pounds we would like to lose etc. For myself, I *know* I need to do some exercising...oh sure my husband and friends say " you don't need to lose weight, " but..hey..my jeans and skirts seem to be getting mighty tight..and I will *not* buy new clothes just for the extra 10 pounds. That's right 10 pounds, and I think it all went to the stomach area. As of a few days ago, I noticed my stomach burns even with the decaf coffee...so maybe if I have to give up the coffee, the cookies won't taste so good... You have gotten me intrigued to look up weight watchers online. Love & hugs, your forever friend, Tricia -- Weight Watchers online Has anybody tired weight watchers online? I just took a look and it look interesting. If anybody has tried it tell me what you think. I am at a loss and just will not except that I will be fat the rest of my life even if it is my meds or not making me this way. I need help. I don't even want to loss 100 lbs. I would be happy with the 12 I just put back on after lossing it this summer. Help. I know that this is not the best time to be thinking about lossing weight because all I hear is how much everybody is eating but you know what I don't care. I want this for me. What do you think? Is a stupid thing to be thinking about? Love Always, ~~I HOPE YOU DANCE~~
Guest guest
Has anyone signed up for weight watchers online, only for it to tell you you do not meet the height requirement? It prompted me to contact them if I felt it was in error. I know it freaked out because the BMI/Weight/Age thing doesn't fit into their computer program. I was just wondering if anyone was ever able to participate online... Thanks, Jeana
Guest guest
Hi Jeana, It wouldn't shock me you are getting error messages. If you are serious about doing Weight Watchers and sticking with it, then your best bet is to actually attend a meeting and do everything in person. I joined Weight Watchers a few years ago and I went to a few meetings in person. It worked great! They worked with me as I said my goal was 10 pounds (which for me was fine) and we'd take it from there. I definitely met my goal weight and then some! Go for the first meeting to get all of the books and tools. My point limit per day was 20. It was amazing how changing your eating lifestyle makes a difference! -
