Guest guest
JinMei (9) had a canal wall down on her left ear June 2. We saw the Dr for post op July 27. Then last week the ear started oozing & by Saturday it was bleeding. During the surgery, erosion into the Eustachian tube was discovered. We live in Alaska & the closest ENT is gone this whole week but we managed to get us meds to take until his return. My concern is the combination of the erosion plus infection. Any thoughts? It is pretty difficult to find many instances of this kind of erosion on the internet so I don't have much info. Also surprised she could have something go so wrong right after seeing the Dr. That nothing was seen at that time. We'll fly to Juneau in 10 days or so to see an ENT there but in the meantime, a bit worried. Donna DeBoer
