Guest guest
Hi all. I have to share and hopefully find out if it will get better. I had my surgery on Tues Nov. 7 and could not hold any liquids down at all on Wed without excruciationg pain and sliming. Dr. A. held off on my barium Xray until late afternoon and it showed barely any flow at all. I ended up staying an extra day on IV fluids and anti-inflam. I flew home Friday, but am still unable to eat jello, hold down my Tylenol, or sip more than one Tablespoon of liquid every 10 min. I am dying of thrist! I wish I could guzzle a bottle of cold water! If my band is too small or too tight, will it loosen up on its own. I know this vomitting is not good for the band but it is the only thing that relieves the pressure and pain in my chest. Will it get easiser? Please help.
