Synergy Healing

When you watch a movie, you may at times find yourself filled with emotions negative and positive emotions similar to the characters in the movie.

When those emotions are negative, they may be anger, they may be frustration and despair, they may be hatred, etc....yet then can be healed. Let's call your emotions, " A and B "

Step 1: All that happened that resulted in my feeling the emotions of A and B.

Step 2: It happened, it's over, I'm OK, and I'm no longer bothered by this problem.

continue until you finish all steps of the TAT process.
